We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first LYCKD order. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible:
- The order must be your first order placed with LYCKD.
- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The satisfaction guarantee is limited to one first-order claim per customer and household.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the eligible LYCKD products. Once your approved return is received, we will refund the amount paid for the eligible LYCKD products to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

We reserve the right to deny return requests where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, or misuse of our satisfaction guarantee.
